  • We aim to source deals that deliver an 8–12% rental yield or strong ROI if you’re flipping or refinancing. All deals are carefully analysed to ensure they meet investor expectations based on strategy, risk, location, demand, and profit margins.

  • We only present deals that meet a strict investment criteria. Every property is pre-vetted with our due diligence on the condition, area, potential yield, and exit strategy. If it’s not something we’d invest in ourselves, we don’t recommend it to our clients.

  • Yes.

    We’ve built a strong network of brokers, solicitors, trades, and letting agents. You’ll have access to our team if you need them, and we can either make referrals or coordinate key aspects of the deal on your behalf.
